Shipping Information

We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  

All in-stock items are usually shipped within 2 business days.  Any items still in transit to Ms. Jackson's Jewelry Box (Coming Soon Pre-Orders, for example) will ship out within 2 business days after they arrive onsite.

Customers should have a secure and safe place for delivery of their orders.  We are not responsible for porch theft, addresses incorrectly entered by the customer, or packages that go missing after their delivery is confirmed by the courier. 

Returned packages will be charged a $5 fee plus the cost of postage to resend the package.  Packages that were shipped for free initially will be charged the full cost to re-ship the package, as well as the $5 re-processing fee. 

We are not responsible for circumstances delaying your delivery outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or inclement weather.
